In an effort to elucidate and improve upon these current banking trends, a study entitled “The Benefits of Innovative Information Technology in the Banking Industry”, was recently conducted by SAP, a market head in enterprise application software, along with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, the University of Applied Sciences, the Stern School of Business and Management at NYU, and the Business Transformation Academy based in Switzerland.
