I could tell by the blog title that it was Richard Hirsch's work . Excellent analysis of the data.

Superb as usual. It's very interesting how Success Factors Workforce Analytic and Workforce Planning are counted because I know of stories of particular customers who have licenses for Workforce Planning (it comes "bundled" with Workforce Analytic) but have never rolled it out. In this instance, either the figures above are most certainly skewed or SAP have intentionally removed the difference between subscribers and actual users.

There definitely seems to be only a small number of Cloud users in the total figure that originate from SAP software and it would be really interesting to see the figures without Success Factors.
